With more than 11 years of experience in the restructuring team at Clifford Chance Paris, and then at August Debouzy, Myl\u00e8ne Boch\u00e9-Robinet advices French and foreign companies \u00a0in the context of preventive and formal restructuring & insolvency proceedings, as well as shareholders, directors, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and employees\u2019 groups.
