With more than 11 years of experience in the restructuring practice at Clifford Chance, then at the law firm August Debouzy, Mylène Boché-Robinet advices French and foreign companies’ directors in the context of preventing and dealing with difficulties, as well as their shareholders, representatives and administrators, financial institutions, and employee groups. Mylène also assists purchasers in the acquisition of under-performing companies: distressed M&A and takeovers “at the bar” of the Court.
Mylène offers recognized expertise in cross-border restructuring. She speaks German and English and teaches international bankruptcy law in the ALED Master’s degree at the University of Lyon 3.
Mylène is a member of the International Insolvency Institute since 2012, member of the board of TMA France, member of the ARE and president and co-founder of Women In Restructuring.

The Team

Amélie Bernard

With a Master’s degree in Business Law and an MBA in Management from Panthéon-Assas University, Amélie Bernard joined Boché Dobelle in 2019, after completing her studies at the Paris Bar School before the Court of Appeal (EFB).

She has completed several internships in both corporate law (Total, Jeausserand Audouard, Crédit Mutuel Arkéa) and insolvency law (MJA, Altana).

She works alongside the partners to assist companies and their managers in implementing restructuring solutions and in liability litigation.

Mathilde Alavoine

Holder of a Master 2 in Business Law from the Catholic University of Lille and an LL.M in Law and Tax Management from EDHEC Business School, Mathilde is an associate at Boché Dobelle, which she joined in September 2021.

Before joining the team, Mathilde completed several internships in corporate / mergers and acquisitions (Gide Loyrette Nouel, MOBILIS Family Office) as well as in the law of companies in difficulty (Ajilink, FTPA, Altana).

She was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022.
