The Boché Dobelle Avocats law firm
Boché Dobelle Avocats is well versed in complex restructuring issues. Our law firm offers leading expertise in French, European and international bankruptcy law. Both the experience and synergy of our partners provide leading edge skills to assist companies, their shareholders, and commercial partners in times of crisis. This support enables to anticipate the choice and consequences of either amicable or legal proceedings, as well as reduce the risks of liability litigation.
With more than 11 years of experience in the restructuring practice at Clifford Chance, then at the law firm August Debouzy, Mylène Boché-Robinet advices French and foreign companies’ directors in the context of preventing and dealing with difficulties, as well as their shareholders, representatives and administrators, financial institutions, and employee groups. Mylène also assists purchasers in the acquisition of under-performing companies: distressed M&A and takeovers “at the bar” of the Court.
Mylène offers recognized expertise in cross-border restructuring. She speaks German and English and teaches international bankruptcy law in the ALED Master’s degree at the University of Lyon 3.
Mylène is a member of the International Insolvency Institute since 2012, member of the board of TMA France, member of the ARE and president and co-founder of Women In Restructuring.
